While the covered gymnasium provided the physical space, its effectiveness as a venue depended heavily on sound quality—specifically, the ability to deliver clear, intelligible, and evenly distributed audio across the entire area.

Without a properly designed audio system, the venue would fall short of its purpose for public events and official gatherings.
